Avocado Crema with Cilantro and Lime
Avocado Crema with Cilantro and Lime – A creamy avocado sauce that is great over tacos, burritos, flautas, or taquitos. Great as a dipping sauce as well.
- 2 Hass avocados
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup crema
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Dash of cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cut the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into the bowl of a food processor.
- Add the garlic, crema, cilantro, lime, cumin, salt & pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl for dipping or for use as a topping.
