Dutch Baby Pancake
Dutch Baby Pancake – A German Pancake that puffs up like a popover. Batter is made in a blender. Try it for breakfast or brunch!

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9 x 9 baking pan, add the butter and put into the oven and melt the butter.
- In the jar of a blender, add milk, eggs,vanilla, flour, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Remove the baking pan from the oven. While it is hot, pour the batter into the pan. Return it to the oven and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until it is puffed up an golden.
- Remove from baking pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut and serve!
