- 2 bananas
- 1 orange, peeled and quartered
- 3 ounces carrots
- 1 ½ cup grape juice
- Fruit of your choice: berries, mangoes, peaches and pineapple
- In the jar of your blender, add bananas, carrots and peeled & quartered orange. Add grape juice. Blend until liquid. Add the mixed fruit and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
