BBQ, grilling, and smoking is a way of life in our house. My earliest childhood memories are of my Dad firing up our Weber Kettle Grill. He grilled almost every weekend. To us, grilling is a year round activity. My obsession with grilled food started in my childhood and developed into a lifelong passion for BBQ. We love anything cooked over charcoal or wood. We love to grill fast and hot or smoke low and slow.
Weber Original Kettle 22″: In our house, there is only one grill: The Original Kettle from Weber. When we talk about THE grill, it is the Weber. This grill is a workhorse! It will outperform any other grill on the market. My Dad cooked on a classic black Weber kettle my entire life. This grill is part of our family. If you don’t have a Weber grill, it is time to get one!
Weber Master Touch Kettle 22″: This is the upgraded version of the Original Kettle. It has a heavy duty grate that is in 2 parts so it will work with Weber’s cookware collection including a cast iron wok and griddle.
Weber Performer Deluxe: If you are ready to upgrade your grill, the Weber Performer Deluxe is the grill to get! A few years ago, I purchased this grill for Eric as a Christmas present. Eric is an “Original Kettle” kind of guy. It took only 1 cook for Eric to be hooked on the Performer. It has a gas assist starter and a built in table that makes grilling nothing short of amazing!
Weber Jumbo Joe: You cannot beat the Jumbo Joe for picnics. This is our go to grill for weekend picnics or short camping trips. It is small enough to put into the back of your car while at the same time is large enough to grill enough for several people. This grill performs as well as the Original Kettle but in a smaller size.
Weber Smokey Mountain 22″: When it comes to smoking meats, I believe that the Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM) is one of the best backyard smokers on the market. It is also a great value. This smoker is light enough that it can travel with you to the campground, park, or beach. If you want to get into smoking meats but are not ready for a full on trailer mounted stick burner, the WSM is the smoker to buy!
Weber Rapidfire Chimney Starter: A chimney starter is a must have for the grilling and smoking enthusiast. At our house, grilling and smoking is done over charcoal or wood. We do not grill or smoke our food over a gas flame.
Weber Chicken Infusion Roaster: One of the best ways to cook chicken is beer can style on the Weber kettle Grill. Using a beer can unstable. This chicken roaster is great! It also collects drippings for a nice smokey gravy.
Cave Tools Vegetable Basket: I recently tested the Cave Tools Vegetable Basket and I really enjoyed this product. I put some olive oil coasted vegetables sprinkled with herbs into this basket and cooked it over medium heat on the Weber grill. I just have one word for the dish: Delicious!
