I love cookware. It was cookware that started my obsession. I’ve been hooked ever since I jumped head-first into bin of $5 cookware at Kitchen Collection. I love every shape, size and material types. What can I say? I am addicted to cookware!
The core of the Pan Room is my cookware. I have pans in all shapes and sizes. I can’t get enough of it. I love everything from the most basic nonstick skillet to an expensive copper roaster.
Lodge 12″ Cast Iron Skillet: The iconic Lodge cast iron skillet is a workhorse in the kitchen. It is the skillet that your mother and grandmother used. It does have to be maintained, however, it is an awesome skillet.
Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Skillet 11 3/4 inch: If you love cast iron but you don’t love the maintenance, this skillet is your answer. My skillet is in classic Flame.
Le Creuset Enameled Dutch Oven 5 1/2 Quart: I am in love with my Le Creuset Dutch Oven. It is the best enameled dutch oven that money can buy. This dutch oven is expensive but it is worth every dollar.
Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick Fry Pan Set 10 inch & 12 Inch: I really like this set of skillets. I have two sets. The cook like a dream and are dishwasher safe.
All-Clad Saute Pan 5 Quart: This pan will change the way you cook. Clean this pan with Barkeeper’s Friend and a blue non-scratch sponge. You will fall in love with this pan just as I did after my first use.
All-Clad Saute Pan 3 Quart: This saute pan is identical to its’ 5 quart counterpart. It has the same properties with a smaller platform. Like the 5 quart, it is fully clad with a flat bottom and straight sides. Also, like the 5 quart, it performs like no other pan available.
Viking Contemporary 4.8 Quart Saute Pan: I first saw the Viking line of cookware at Home Goods. This pan is fully clad and absolutely beautiful. It is a jewel in my kitchen.
All-Clad 4 Quart Sauce Pan: I love this saucepan. It is a great size. I really like the helper handle. I’ve had it for years and it still looks as good as new.
All-Clad Saucier: A saucier is similar to a saucepan but it is wider. It makes stirring easier. You can pretty much use it in place of a saucepan.
All-Clad Roaster: Every kitchen needs a good quality roaster. This one fits the bill!
All-Clad Lasagna Pan: Perfect for casseroles and lasagna. The lid is great because it makes it easy to transport.
Calphalon Contemporary 10″ Flat Bottom Stir Fry Pan: I use this small stir fry pan all the time. It is great for all types of cooking. All you have to do is heat it up and throw in some vegetables. Add a little bottled sauce near the end and you have a great meal.
All-Clad Pasta Pot and Insert: This pasta pot comes with an insert for straining. It is great for boiling pasta, making stock, or simmering soup. The pot is disk bottom. You don’t need a fully clad pasta pot for this type of cooking.
