Pressure cookers have been the hottest kitchen appliance for the past few years. Sales of the Instant pot have been through the roof. Electric pressure cookers are a lot safer than in the past. They only require you to set it and the machine does the rest. It regulates the temperature so you no longer have to closely monitor it.

Cosori Multifunction 8-in-1 Pressure Cooker 6 Quart: My second love in the electric pressure cooker arena is the Cosori. This is an IP twin. You can’t go wrong with a Cosori electric pressure cooker. It comes with an extra gasket and a glass lid.
Cosori Multifunction 8-in-1 Pressure Cooker 8 Quart: This is the 8 quart version of the Cosori Pressure Cooker. It is great for stocks. I make roasted chicken stock as well as vegetable stock in this pressure cooker. It works great!

Cuisinart 6 Quart CPC-600: The Cuisinart has been around for quite a while. This cooker was pressure cooking before the IP was a twinkle in Robert Wang’s eye. Unfortunately, IP stole the Cuisinart’s thunder. It is still a good cooker and is worthy of consideration.
Breville The Fast Slow Pro 6 Quart BPR700BSS: The Breville is a luxury cooker in the electric pressure cooker world. It has a ceramic inner pot that is more desirable than traditional nonstick.
